Mr. Dan Sivley passed away on 29 Apr 2012. He worked in the trucking and transportation industry in Birmingham for over 50 years. Mr. Sivley was a member of the United States Marine Corps from 1957 until 1965, and an accomplished pilot and author. He is survived by his daughters, Melanie Dawn Sivley and Wendy Sivley Wright, son William Scott Sivley, and grandchildren Carsen, Connor, Hunter, Haile and Luke, and his devoted fiancée Sharon Horton. Mr. Sivley is preceded in death by his parents, Josephine Lamar Sivley and William Daniel Sivley, III. He will be loved and missed by all of those whose lives he touched. Semper Fi.
