of B'ham, AL passed away April 22, 2012. Jerry is survived by his loving wife Sherri, daughter Amy (Brandon) Rogers, mother Joy Crick, sister Sue (Richard) Bohnen, and brother Mark (Theresa) Crick. He was preceded in death by his father Milton Crick. The pallbearers will be Mark Crick, Richard Bohnen, Greg Hudson, Caleb Hudson, Patrick Cunningham, and Jonathan Scofield. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 26 at Gardendale Funeral Home from 11AM - 1PM. A graveside service will take place at 2PM at Jones Chapel Cemetery in Cullman County.
